Constant problems

I am fed up with my sky either losing connection or lately sound going off halfway through a programme. I have done a reset and it still does nothing so I have to switch back to normal TV.

@IW68   If your router and puck are not connected via an Ethernet cable, do they have a clear line of sight to each other?  Are they both clear of objects near them especially if your router is by a window or mirror as these can cause the problems you are having.
