Constant issues with sky stream Puck not working

Every single day my programmes go off with it saying technical issues, screen goes blank and channels stop working! Honestly don't know what I'm paying for. Really disappointing.

@John718   It is possible it could be your setup that is causing your issues.  If you are not connected via an Ethernet cable check your router has a direct line of sight to the puck with nothing in the way.  Also make sure your puck is on its own, not touching anything else and with at least a small gap between anything else.  See if that helps.
