Hi @PoshTramp and welcome the forum. Have you tried unplugging your broadband router at the socket and leaving it for a couple of minutes before plugging it in again. This will reboot the router and will hopefully clear any minor glitches.
If you continue to have problems you will probably need to get in touch with your supplier for some more troubleshooting.
