Hello all...newbie here. Decided to go for sky stream so got the puck and modem last week and the broadband went live today. I have connected the cable from the fibre box into the modem but am unsure how to connect the modem to the puck. Help appreciated. Thanks

You can connect to your router either via WiFi or ethernet cable.

Connect the puck to your TV via HDMI, turn both devices on, select the HDMI input using your TV remote and follow the on screen instructions.

You can use any ethernet port on the router.

Thanks.....will give that a go.......now.

Nothing doing...the screen is telling me I have a connection issue !!!!!

Modem sat there with white light on.  Puck has power light on

Cable in to modem straight from the box.  Ethernet cable from router to puck.

What type of broadband do you have? Is it from Sky? Is it full fibre? Was it installed by Sky/Openreach? What type of router do you have?

Are all your other devices connecting to the Sky broadband? Is the router generating a WiFi signal?

Are other devices connecting to the WiFi generated by the router? A mobile phone? A tablet/iPad?

If not, try rebooting the router and make sure all the lights are lit on the front.

Try and reboot your router

if that fails it sounds like your internet is not activated
