Bill increase without warning

My monthly bill has increased by £8. 'Streaming" has appeared on the bill. I have not been warned of the price increase, or approved any extra products or services

@BJK1  Bills don't just go up "without warning"  you either had a discount that has expired or there has been a change of package.

 

It would be helpful if you could post an image of your latest bill (remove your account numberbefore posting).

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
