Hi, we have had numerous issues with our second Puck since we set up our Sky, now it will not connect at all ans there are no issues with our Broadband or Wifi - if possible we would like this Puck replaced.
Before you contact Sky, (this is a customer to customer help forum), could you swap Pucks to make sure there isn't an issue with where the second Puck is situated.
