Connecting to stream

New to stream. Puck connected. Screen says you're now comnected but remote does not activate 'continue'

@JayneAnn1 Try the steps in this guide from step 2. I imagine your batteries are new:

It is worth checking that the paper used in the battery compartment has been fully removed though.
