I own a sky puck which I had as part of whole home subscription. I cancelled the subscription and didn't use it. Now I've added the subscription again but I can't connect the puck to my account to get it working. Can anyone advise if this is possible?

@SPT03 the method that should work is to go into Product Settings in the My Sky app or website, choose Device Management under Connected Devices there should be be a link to activate a new device which should allow you to add the puck to your device list. Note the numerous time "shouldd" appears in that sentence 😀
If stuck call Sky.
