Connect sky tv puck to LG tv

I have attached tv puck downstairs where router is in other room okay. However i have tried connectung the other tv puck to my LG 32LK510BLD tv and tv does not work at all and cannot get any programmes or see anythinb on tv screen.

@Mdc4321  You'll need to provide more info on what you have done to setup the puck using your LG TV?  

 

Do you see the puck on one of the HDMI inputs for example?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
