Coming up software error trying to connect

Just had sky can't connect saying software error don't now what to do

@Willians  Try rebooting your puck by switching it off at the plug socket and waiting for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.

This will often resolve software glitches.

@Willians  The return or home buttons on your remote should take you out of the settings and back to the home page.  Once there select what you want to watch.
