Just went to watch the above episode from yesterday on Sky stream and after I skip ads, the picture shrinks with black bars down the side of the tv. It basically looks squashed and is unwatchable in that format.
The ads are in the normal ratio. It's just the episode. Chicago Fire and PD are fine, my tv is playing the normal picture, and live channels are playing as normal, but Med is in the wrong ratio! I cannot watch it like that!
I've reset the stream box and checked my picture settings but everything is normal, nothing has helped. It's just that one episode! What's happened and how can I watch it in the correct format? Thanks
