Check out

Why won't it let me check out when I put sky stream in to my basket... it keeps buffing over my email but won't load... this is on the app and Web

If you can't get it to work when using a different web browser then you will have to call Sky to get your order placed.

Hi @Laura33pp You don't mention if this is the case but IF you are trying to change from another Sky produce (Sky Q etc) then you will not be able to order Stream online.  It can only be done by calling Sky.
