Channels and videos No streaming blackscreen

It is showing blackscreen when selecting channels and also almost all apps including bbc iplayer and netflix. Home and everything works fine. Sony smart tv apps are working perfectly fine.

  • 30s off routine.

done almost everything possible. What to do now?

Have you pulled the plug completely out for 5 minutes ?

 

also what speed are you getting to the actual device ? You can check this by going into the native Netflix app and going to the get help section and running the network check 

 

you will need at least 30mb for optimum streaming

It is 89.3MbPs even though my package says  150 mbps. They replaced my puck. It seems it is a software issue. And streaming service is crashing.
