None of the sky channels work
Cant watch any sky tv, movies or channels, only the apps work I listen get a black screen with 'Please wait for your programme to load.' And then it goes back to the home screen.

Hi @Henry1991
Power off at the mains for a few minutes in the first instance. Failing this what speed is your glass getting? You can check in Netflix > get help? > Connection check. Glass and Stream needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
