Channel 4 app

Hello I am currently a sky puck user and I can't access/use the channel 4 app. Is anyone having the same issue? I've reset my puck unplugged it restarted app/ app refresh and still not working

Hey 

 

Thank you for responding. What was happening: when I clicked the channel 4 app through the sky puck. the screen would go black and not load the application. There was no error message or anything else juat a black screen. 

 

I have performed a factory reset on the puck whatever the problem was has been fixed bybthos factory reset.

Hi @Tony532 

 

You have actually said why you can't use the app? What's the problem? Is it not loading? Will it not play back? Also who is your ISP etc? Has it ever worked? 

 

Please provide as much information as you can so th community can assist.
