Changing from stream

I moved into a new build 7 months ago and was told I wasn't allowed to put up a satellite dish, so I cancelled Sky Q at my old address.
I ordered stream in November and still have it now, but just don't get on with it. I liked everything about Q, I know stream is a completely different offering, however the continue watching rail is driving me mad trying to get rid of things on it.

I've now been informed that I can have a satellite dish installed at the property and wondered if anyone has had any success in moving back to Q after the initial 31 day cooling off period. As I write this I've had stream for 62 days. Thanks.

All my opinions are my own.

Re: Changing from stream

Sky have been very accommodating in switching customers back to Q, your best option is call them and discuss your options.

The fact they will be retaining you as a Q customer will be in your favour!

You can always ask: the point about being outside the 'cooling off' period is that Sky don't have to accept your request.
