Changes my mind

Ok. So i inadvertantly signed up for a TV package last night and don't want to go ahead but I'm unable to cancel the delivery with DPD and there dosen't serm to be any way to just send a direct message to Sky (always much easier to get in than get out!)

I've put back the delivery but there's no option to return to sender.

You will need to contact Sky, this is a customer helps customer community.

Scroll down to "no I still need help" and you will be presented with contact options for sky.

DPD will try 3 times if I remember correctly, so you can either ignore them at the door or tell them that you refuse it, they will keep trying but will eventually send it back to the sender.

 

But you're best to speak to Sky just to make sure it cancels properly.
