Chan 4 app not working

Has anyone managed to get there channel 4 app on sky glass working after error code 2010 anon token

@Jascol the first thing to try, if you haven't already, is to turn the Sky Glass off at the plug for 10 minutes to ensure it does a clean reboot and wipes the cache.

Tryed that and also trydd refreshing the apps and then I factory reset the sky glass no luck still says code 2010 anon token please try again later

I have the same issue and have tried all the fixes. Channel 4 app still doesn't work

im also having this issue. The channel 4 app just has a blank screen when clicked on. We have tried to reset and reboot and nothing seems to work. Please help!!
