So... This might seem obvious but.
I missed the start of the voice by 30 minutes, it's in my watchlist but I couldnt play from the beginning when I got in. We had paused, but it jumped to the current position.
This seems like an obvious issue and a basic requirement for sky stream customers as I previously just recorded and watched whenever?
Surly there is a middle point between missing the start of a program and having to wait for it be be available on catch up ?

That's seemingly quite typically for ITV show,s, with the watch from start feature ( which is provided by the ITV X app) either not available for a show or regularly breaks.

That is what the watch from start feature is for, however it isn't available for every program and or quite regularly breaks.
Issues like this can be reported to Sky viewer relations and they will investigate and feedback. You can email them on viewerR@sky.uk. we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
