Cant access any apps

None of the apps are working to stream anything please help

Turn your puck off at the all for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to reboot. This will reset the connection to the server where all the apps are hosted.

It's not allowing me to watch anything on ITVX bbc player or more 4...will let me load the app up but not view anything

What happens when you select a programme in the appa to view?

In that case the first thing to try is to unplug the puck for 10 minutes.

 

if that doesn't help then try an app refresh. Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so it's best to give it a few hours.
