I have watched episodes of a particular TV show on Sky Stream and now when I would like to rewatch certain episodes the error message "This item is unavailable, please try again later," is displayed. This has been occurring for a week now. Is there a way to resolve this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KG2024 It is possible that the streaming rights have expired and therefore the programme is no longer available to watch..
You could try rebooting the puck in case it is just a software glitch. To do this switch off your Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again. It will take about a minute to reboot.
