I have the 6 digit number, when I go to the link it shows opps there has been a problem and to call a sky expert I phoned and they said it will be quicker doing it this way ?

Hi @Kathy0000 and welcome to the forum. When activating your puck you must be logged into your My Sky account at https://www.sky.com/mysky
Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code.
If you are not logged in you will get generally get an error message of "Oops there's a problem”
During setup you must also be using the same email that is registered to your account.

Unfortunately you have been given bad information we are fellow subscribers here on the forum. However some things to try:
1) clear your browser data and try again
2)try a different browser or device (i.e. if you used your phone try laptop)
3 try logging into your Sky account at www sky.com and then try going to this page:
https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate
However if these steps don't work you will need to contact Sky for support.
