I recently changed from BT to EE with a faster speed. The puck was connected to the Network via an Ethernet cable but since then it is struggling to find the network and times out. After several attempts it does connect. I have switched off and on and performed several resets but nothing seems to help.

Settings --> Network --> Network Connection --> select Reset.

Yes as I said, I have reset several times.
