Cannot access Disney + and Amazon prime app

I have Sky glass and the pucks in other rooms and I cannot load the Disney + and Amazon Prime apps. 
I have restarted the Puck multiple times and refreshed the apps and still no joy. I can get to the home page of both apps but when trying to wat h something  I just get a black screen. 
This has been an issue for the past few weeks and is now very very annoying! 
Come on Sky, I pay all this money and not getting g the full service! It's really not good enough

This does seem to be an ongoing issue. If you can it's better to use another device for now, (your Smart TV, if you have one, a Firestick etc etc), until it's resolved.

I have the same problem with Prime Video. I can watch it on my phone & through my fire stick but not streamed through my Sky puck 

it always used to work until recently. I can open the app and select a programme , the adverts play but as soon as the show starts a Something went wrong message please try again later comes up. This has been going on for a week

It's always better to use another device anyway as it will match the frame rate of the material watched which the Stream box doesn't.
