Cannot Connect Sky TV

I have this message on my screen "Sorry because of a Technical issue you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem.

 

I haven't been able to Watch Sky TV or Netflix add on since we got it

Seems to be affecting a small portion of users today - I've seen a few posts with the same issue ..... hopefully will settle down
