Cannnot find network

Whilst watching tv my stream puck intermittently tells us it.m cannot find connection or there is no internet despite a speed test showing good internet download and upload speed and all over devices working fine. Unplugging and re plugging the puck in always solves the problem but then it will happen again later that day or the next. Not a day goes by when we don't have to do it. It's very frustrating and time consuming

I saw and messaged on the bubble but I never received a reply and now it's gone
