Cancelling my sky streaming in my account

I was told when I signed up on a 30 day rolling contract for sky streaming that I would be able to control when I wanted it or not, I have not been able to cancel without ringing in. Every page I visit just gives me the opportunity to upgrade.

I have dipped in an out of Stream 3 times on rolling contracts and the only way to give notice is to phone Sky.

You may be able to cancel bits youself at https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs.

 

Click "manage contact packs" and then Ultimate TV or Essential TV at the bottom and there's a cancel link. 

If that doesn't work you will need to contact Sky to arrange a cancellation https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

Not good customer service from sky, this policy probably works against them in the long term, I certainly won't bother again
