Cancelling Ad Skipping

I ma trying to cancel AD Skipping but the manage button is greyed out on the My Sky App and online. Does this mean you HAVE to phone them?

@FJ4 Try force quitting the app, then relaunch it. I occasionally find the Manage Contents Packs & Manage Home Set-up buttons greyed out. Force quitting the app then reloading it usually solves it and has the buttons in blue & clickable.
