Cancel due to poor service

I currently have sky stream and recently added sky sports to my subscription. 3 times recently I've tried to watch my team on catch up and the program has glitches. First time the program ended 32 minutes into the match. This was sky main event. Second time I'd just started a match and it was pixellating so I restarted the box. Went to continue watching from the home page and it showed where I'd left it, yet when it started it jumped for ward to the start of the second half . Last night was the final straw, picked Burnley-west brom from my playlist. This was after the match had finished so the full program was able to ve selected. Played it and the program started at half time. It hadn't jumped forward, the program started at half time. This service is not what I paid for. These are just 3 main examples along with other glitches. My internet is fine. As soon as I'm out of contract I'm cancelling, sky stream is garbage compared to sky q. We chose stream when we moved because we didn't want wires trailing to the tv. I'm paying for a service that isn't worth the price of paying. It's ridiculous.
