Pixelating freezing then shutting off all channels

As soon as we turn on the box the picture starts pixelating, it gets worse and worse until it freezes then shuts off.

its fine for a few weeks then starts again. In both boxes on all channels.

we have to unplug the box then plug back it and it's fine.

so annoying. We are on the fasted speed that Sky have. They have said it's the broadband. Well then fix it as it's your broadband we are using!

To kick start the conversation can you share what speed you're getting on Sky?

 

  1. Open the Netflix app on Sky.
  2. Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
  3. Select Check Your Network.
  4. Share with us the download speed displayed.
