Can we get your thoughts

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

A bug bearer of mine with the sky stream/glass system is the fact if

you watch a series the

continue watching rail only seems to Remember this for a few weeks at

most,meaning if we were to

watch the last episode of a series today and a new series landed in 4/5 months time the new series doesn't appear in the continue watching rail.

Comment below if you agree and

lets try to get this feature added

I 100% agree.

It's one of my biggest annoyances with the platform, as this functionality exists in all the major streaming apps.

And other operating systems. Apple's tvOS does it really well. It even pushes an alert to your iPhone or Apple Watch when a new series of something you've watched before becomes available, and an alert when a new episode drops. It's very handy. As is the ability to add shows from multiple services to your watchlist when out and about using the Apple TV app.

I don't know why Sky don't just copy it for SkyOS.

I coudn't agree more @Deedee36 it can be so frustrating.  Maybe they could include your suggestion along with a continue watching delete function at some point 🤞

Totally agree, it's works very well on Apple TV, so can be done. We also need that delete option from the continue rail.

Prays after reading posts from over 2 years ago that Sky Stream will eventually make the option to delete from continue watching rail a thing.

by far the biggest annoyance for me. Seems such an easy thing to implement as well.

Just a hunch, but i'm assuming the way the platform works its perhaps not as easy as we think. If it was i would have expected it to exist now, seeing how its been one of the most requested features on this forum since Glass/Stream launched.

I agree. The CW rail needs work. It should be core to jumping in and out of content across Glass and pucks. A delete option is critically needed and long over due too!

Re: Can we get your thoughts

Agreed, the Continue Watching rail functionality needs to be improved with significant functionality upgrades. Apple's implementation has been the best I've seen of this (apart from it's inability to play nice with Netflix!)
