Can’t watch sky
Tv is on but says issue with puck
dmturne it all on and off etc and still can't get the screen to change

You will need to provide more information. What is the exact message you are seeing? Can you see the home screen of the puck? Or is it a message on your TV rather than the puck? Has it ever worked or is this a new set up? What TV is it etc.
Remember we fellow customers not sky and no nothing about your set up unless you tell us.

wdnha r sky glass tv down stores and come up to watch tv and the screen goes on but nothing will open etc and is no message but been on sky app and says we have a puck issue but it was all ok this morning so not sure what to do

Power off the puck at the mains for a few minutes and try again.
