Can't remove favourites

Am I being dim? There doesn't seem to be a way to remove the Eurosport channels from my favourites because they no longer exist to deselect!

@Ed.B.   You may have tried this, but if not go into Favourites, then Manage, find Eurosport and remove the tick by pressing the middle button on your remote.

I did it by removing the tick in "manage favourites" but that was when the channels were still in the EPG.

If you move the channels to the end of the list you won't see them very often.

If you press the "Refresh" option it will probably reorder your favourites and delete half of them including the Eurosport ones.

Whether the chore of adding the others back is worth it is debatable. (IT'S NOT! It takes so much longer than the original Favourites set up).

I ended up deleting the whole list and starting again. 

How DOES this complete failure get into production?

Do sky test nothing? I've offered my services many times over the nearly 30 years I've been a customer but clearly they don't care.

Glad you got it fixed but this does need improvement really as channels come and go quite frequently. Hopefully a future update improves the experience here.

Maybe the Sky marketing people will ask them to change it back to the old system. Using the Refresh button gives you an idea of what you are actually watching and you might wonder if you are getting value for money.

When I did it last month the reordered list was mainly Freeview channels and channels I can get free elswhere and Eurosport.
