Can’t get paramount

As part of sky cinema package I should get paramount tv. I had it in sky a but iv changed to sky stream and it's not working. Can you help

@Leeser1   Is it just Paramount+ and everything else working?  Try going to Settings, System management, the Reset & restart.and select App refresh, it will take a few minutes but will return you to the Home Screen.  Also try going back in but this time select Resart your tv, again wait for it to turn off and back on again, and see it that sorts it.

Hi @Leeser1 its possible you need to go through the activation process again due to the switch to Stream (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-get-paramount-plus)

As @MarkGoldsmith mentions, if you have moved from Sky Q to Sky Stream, you will need to go through the activation  process again.
