Can’t get Netflix on another device

When I try to log in to Netflix on iPad it's asking for payment although I have standard with adds though my sky package which is meant to let me use 2 devices

You need to log in to the Netflix app on your iPad with the same email address and password you set up Netflix with on your Sky device.

I m doing that it sends link to my email but then still comes up to pay and don't have option for password.

Can you login to the Netflix website with your email address/password?
