Can’t connect

Sky stream puck will not connect at times and then a message comes on saying there is a technical fault,could the puck be faulty?

It's more than likely your internet that is causing the issue. I don't know what your download speed is but if it is less than 50mbps then you could run into problems. @Dave429 there are many factors than can cause interference.

My broadband speed is 300 mbs so surely that should be fine,this connection problem happens quite often, thanks for your reply.

That should be fine, but only if that's the speed your puck is actually receiving not what your router is allegedly sending out. 

To find out the real speed your puck is receiving you need to open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check. What speed does it say is being received
