Can’t connect my Sky puck

My Sky Puck won't connect to my tv but the broadband is working and connecting to my other  devices. Tried switching off at the wall and restarting. Light flashes white on the puck then starts flashing red and yellow then goes off completely.

Namely step 4 the recovery process. If that doesn't work it's likely a fault puck and you will need to call sky and arrange a replacement.

Just a question, you have selected the hdim in put on your  tv to view  the programmes on the puck, and checked the hdmi cable is pushed in to the puck and the tv, and if they are have you  tried  a different lead ?
