Can’t activate sky stream puck

I have just had sky installed and get as far as the activation code to set up my tv. I go to the sky.com/activate and it gives me an error message telling me to ring sky

@CathW12  If it's telling you to ring, thats what you'll need to do.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have rang and after going through the options it's told me to come on here! It's ridiculous how hard it is to get someone on the phone

@CathW12 The catch 22 ... what you should done was reply NO when given the option of receiving a link the discuss the issue with fellow customers🙁
