CNN episodes not in playlist

Yet again, CNN episodes are not in the playlist once the episode has aired.

 

I have series linked the episodes in question (2am, 5am, 6am, 7am). They all appear in my playlist when I look at what is coming up. As soon as the episode has finished airing, I go to the playlist and it isn't there. I look the next day and no, still not there.

 

This has been intermittent since I complained about this on the phone to Sky several times over 6 months ago. They managed to change the episodes so that series link worked. But every so often, it just doesn't show up in the playlist. It was working fine for the last couple of weeks but there was another interruption in Sep.

 

Please Sky, can you actually get this fixed properly. I understand that episodes are only in the playlist for as long as they are available, but to be unavailable immediately after airing? What is the point of paying for Sky Stream if you can't even watch something a few hours later

Thanks for the email address Mark. It's an avenue I've not tried yet.

 

I've tried phoning Sky about this in the past and it works again for a brief period. Sick and tired of paying for phonecalls for their buggy product.

Supposedly Live Chat is available Thu-Sat, at least that's what the website said yesterday. Came on today and the option has disappeared.

So I posted this here in the hope that an actual Sky employee might see it.
