Buying additional sky pucks

I am trying to buy an additional sky puck and it seems really difficult. I have a Sky glass TV and one puck already, but want an additional puck. The MySky app seems to offer the option, but whenever I try to checkout it crashes.

is there another mechanism to buy a sky puck? The helpdesk / chat bot is no help at all and there doesn't seem to be a number I can call. Any ideas gratefully received.

@GJ1979  Try ordering online https://www.sky.com/tv/stream?irct=help-sts-stream

Alternatively give Sky a call.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Hi @GJ1979  and welcome to the forum.  If you are unable to order online then you will need to call the Sky Customer Service team.

If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

To get past the chatbot just stay silent when it asks you questions and it will eventually put you through to the Customer Services team.

Apparently the quieter times to phone are 7-8 am or 8-9pm

Just so you are aware @GJ1979 you don't buy the puck. You are paying for a one off service charge and the puck is loaned to you.
