Broadband and streaming
I changed to streaming as it appeared cheaper than the normal satellite subscription, but now I see separate billing for broadband and it will cost more! Can I change back to save money?

Re: Broadband and streaming
@pmagee1959 You would need to speak to Sky as the community can't help with this.

'Sky Stream' is a subscription television product: it's never included broadband (nor did the Sky satellite television platforms)

You would always have had separate billing for broadband.

Re: Broadband and streaming
When you move to Sky Stream or Sky Glass your billing listing in MySky gets split into two.
Since I moved to Sky Stream over 18 months or more ago, I have had one billing section called Broadband &Talk and one called Streaming TV.
Before the move I had one billing listing that contained bot my Sky Q and Broadband/Talk listed subscriptions.
Can still go back to 2023 in the Broadband&Talk one and see my old Combined Sky Q and broadband bill listing.
There maybe some carry over for a short while if you have just moved to Streaming ( as you always pay for a Sky Tv service a month in advance) that may sort itself out over the next month, if what you see is your satellite billing ending and your Streaming bill starting.
Have a read of the article on how billing works for your first bill moving to Sky Glass/Stream from Sky Q or Sky+
