Just curious if anyone else has had their puck fail to switch on this morning. I've spoken to CS and they are replacing them so don't need any direct help but.......
Switched living room TV on this morning switched the puck on and nothing loaded on the screen, checked and the white light was on. Tried to turn it off and it wouldn't respond to the remote or the button underneath. Turned the power off left it a while turned it back on white light came straight on, wouldn't turn off. Unplugged again, pressed the button whilst powering up and except for the white light the puck was dead.
I decided to try the bedroom one and it did exactly the same as the living room puck.
It's like a software update has happened overnight and bricked them both.
Has anyone else had this happen?

But to be sure, try the recovery procedure exactly like this;
Try the recovery process.
4. Keeping your finger on the button, switch the power back on at the mains and wait until you see the LED lights flash different colours, then remove your finger.
5. Let the Sky Stream puck complete the recovery process. This can take up to 15 minutes, depending on your broadband speed.
5. Switch the Sky Stream puck back on and follow the on screen steps to set it up.

Thanks for your reply. That procedure has been tried many times including when on the phone with sky. As I said in my OP there's absolutely no response at all from either puck.

I cancelled my contract in the end. Fed up with the unreliability of the pucks.
