Both my Sky Stream Puck and my PS5 for some reason will now not connect to the internet when turned on. I have tried resetting my sky puck and reconnecting to the Vodafone router and both Wi-Fi extenders, however get the same issue in it saying it can't connect to the internet? One of our Wi-Fi extenders is right by both devices and we still get the same issue.
However, we CAN connect to the router and Wi-Fi extenders on our IPAD, iphone and laptops so know they work, so don't understand why we are now unable to connect on our sky puck or PS5.
Any advice as unsure what would cause this and how to resolve this?

Given that you are having issues on multiple devices, including a non Sky device, the best course of action would be to rise this with Vodafone.
In had a short stint with them a few years ago and their router was awful and I suffered many outages or had to reboot near daily. The router seems to struggle compared to kit from other ISPs.
