Both Disney and Netflix won’t load

Was about to watch new season of Only murders.. Disney keeps asking me to finish my subscription . Then does the same thing.. asks for emails password then complete subscription.. so gave up as wouldn't give me new codes to sign in. So went over to Netflix.. click on app,, black screen. ( has been doing this periodically for a while) as in few months. So moved to prime, that stuttered but worked. Same with paramount.. took a wee stutter of back to login but then worked.

@Scooter071    Hi, I'm not sure if you have tried this but if not go to Settings then System management, and then Resets & updates and choose Refresh apps.  Leave it alone until it returns you to the home page which will take a few minutes and see if that helps.  If not wait 24 hours as it does continue to work in the background.   I hope that helps.
