Blocky picture on sky streaming

Hello, has anyone experienced picture issues with streaming sky thru the puck? I've reset the internet, unplugged the puck, and it's still doing it, my broadband speed is 600+, could it be the puck having issues?

There is a lengthy thread already regarding unexplainable pixellation occurring on Sky Stream output. 

Sky are investigating. There is no timeline for a fix.
