Black screen on most of my apps on the sky puck

For about 5 days now at about 7/8 at night none of my apps are working they will play one episode of something then just crash the only app I can watch without issue is itvx I've reset the box but its getting frustrating now as having to do 2 or 3 times a night spoke to sky who just telling me tk reset the box

@shane+henn  How is the puck connecting to your router?  Have you tried ethernet cable and not wifi?
