Big Love episodes missing

We've watched up until season 2 episode 3, but there is now only episode 8 showing available in the menu. And it looks like other episodes are missing from the remaining seasons. I checked and Sky is saying they have full seasons so where have those episodes gone?

Hi @Millsmd 

 

We are fellow customers on the community so can't answer your question. However there could be a number of reasons. You can check if they are available in SkyGo and this would point to an error with meta data etc.

 

The best course of action is to email sky's viewer relations team. viewerr@sky.uk is their email address. They will investigate and feedback as necessary.

Looks like they forgot to change the exipry dates from 31st December to 25th March

 

HBO back catalogue basically anything pre April 2022 leaves all Sky channels on 25th March and non exclusive shows will continue to leave after that date when they get to the end of their original licensing term..
