Best sound setting

My tv is an LG OLED about 18months old.  I have my sound through a Sonos Beam soundbar.  What is the best sound setting to use please?

I use Dolby Digital Plus with a Beam and LG. 

If you are susceptible to lip sync issues until those are fixed you may get better results using PCM mode.
