Best Sound box for sky stream

My sound bar will not connect to my sky stream says it's the wrong one ? Is there a particular sound bar I need to buy?

Where exactly do you get a message saying "it's the wrong one" I've never heard of that before. If you soundbar has a hdmi ARC port then it should work as long as it's connected to the ARC hdmi port of your tv. @Kris121 what sound settings is your tv set too?

What is the make/model of your sound bar and how is it connected to your TV?

Are you trying to connect the Sky Stream remote to the soundbar in order to control the volume?
