Below Deck on Hayu is missing episodes and has some labelled wrong. The S3 reunion is not from season 3 at all. I am very frustrated. Anyone know how I watch the actual S3 reunion?

Hayu’s app has mislabeled episodes, and this is a known issue affecting multiple users. The correct S3 reunion is Episode 14 (Reunion Part 1) and Episode 15 (Reunion Part 2).

Because Hayu have yet to correctly upload Episode 10.

Hayu are blaming Sky. Sky are blaming Hayu.

Multiple people have complained or raised the issue and it's just being bounced back and forth with no solution.

Sky should be sorting this or, to stop any nonsense in the future, just giving Hayu app access.

I suspect that the Hayu support staff who deal with their own App have zero knowledge of how the uploads to Sky work.

Sky have reported to Hayu that the missing episode is missing. Yes, they should probably chase it up more vigorously than they appear to be doing.

I doubt very much that Hayu would agree to having their App given away for free.

I doubt that the people telling us Sky are waiting for it have any more knowledge than the Hayu support staff.

Since every episode other than this were passed on without issue, I am taking the reasonable guess that things are sent automatically and that the issue with Episode 10 is to do with the apparent change in frame rate that Sky to convert.

In reality neither of us knows though, I'd have just hoped that 6 days of chasing back and forth might have proven more fruitful by now either way.

As for giving the app away for free;

A) By the same token I wouldn't have expected Disney, HBO or Netflix to give their apps away for free either

B) In reality I very much doubt they are - I am sure that there is a small fee exchanged as well as the bonus of advertising revenue (Yes, Hayu doesn't have adverts as has been previously stated but the only adverts on Disney are for Disney movies so they're not making any money that way)

The difference with the Hayu app is that it does not have a tiered system like the other apps. Hayu is always HD and always ad-free, that's why it requires a subscription. There's no ad-supported tier for Sky to include in their packages. There's no UHD tier to charge more for. 

Hayu relies on subscriptions to make money and therefore help fund the programmes it shows. If everyone stops paying Hayu then budgets will drop, fewer programmes will get made and it'll eventually shut down. TV isn't free. There are hundreds of people involved in making a series of Below Deck or Real Housewives. They don't work for free. 

None of us know what kind of deal Comcast/Sky have made with Hayu but it's clearly not being seen as a premium addition to the Sky package line-up. It's there as a bit of added value for casual viewers as far as I can see. 

Personally, if I were a fan of that type of reality programming, I would be paying Hayu directly for it so that I get it sooner, in the best quality, and know that my money is going directly to the service in order to help prolong it.

Episode 11 arrived overnight in more than reasonable time, as did 9. There is no value in paying £6 for an app just in case Sky lose it somehow or Hayu forget to send it (or whatever nonsense as gone on with episode 10).

As I say Disneys adverts are all for Disney shows so they're not making any advertising revenue unless they are circularly paying themselves.

Put the Hayu app access behind an advert if required. 

Or they could just be more efficient at sorting out issues and then there wouldn't be a problem in the first place.

It's also disingenuous to advertisen Hayu in the same breath as HBO, Disney and Netflix if they are only supplying sub standard access.

Just keep it as an unannounced bonus like other things such as the games you can play etc. 

But anyway we're going round in circles.

Not good enough just to use the Sky brand instead

Hayu is Comcast/NBC Universal

hence all it's Bravo content from the US , the 1 US cable channel that wasn't spun off into Versant unlike Syfy , USA Network, CNBC , MSNBC (now known as MS Now)

Below deck Mediterranean series 11 episode 10 is missing. Still saying Amazon Hayu?? Strangely Sky Hayu has gone to Episode 11 missing 10. Hoping everything will update soon as episode 10 been missing for weeks. My wife is very annoyed  as she watches this while I watch football in another room 😂
